The 2008 Waimea Classic Riesling is showing hints of evolution in the color and character. It has a good intensity of ripe apple and warm peach aromas over honeysuckle and coriander seed. Medium bodied and produced with a touch of residual sugar (medium-dry), it has lively acidity and a long honeyed toast finish. Drink it now to 2014+.
