No 2006 was made of this cuvee but the 2007 Aljibes Tinto is made up of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 25% Cabernet Franc with the same elevage as the 2005. It exhibits a similar aromatic and flavor profile to its older sibling but appears to be a bit fresher due to its relative youth. It is also an outstanding value for drinking from 2012 to 2022. These new releases from Bodega Los Aljibes demonstrate what can be achieved by talented vignerons working in selected regions of La Mancha.
