The 2010 Chardonnay Stainless (100% Chardonnay from Central Coast vineyards) exhibits fresh, lively notes of lemon butter and pineapple followed by a richly fruity, medium-bodied, clean, naked Chardonnay. It should be consumed over the next 1-2 years. It’s a toss-up as to which style of Chamisal Chardonnay readers will prefer, although I gave a slight nod to the stainless steel-aged offering. Tel.
