The 2007 Chardonnay is a solid effort. Many Chardonnays from Chile are over-oaked (or under-fruited from excessive yields) but this wine is attractively fresh with aromas of pear and apple and just a hint of toasty oak in the background. Smooth textured with moderately intense flavors, this medium-bodied wine has good depth and balance and a medium-length finish.
