The 1999 Rosazzo Bianco is a blend of Tocai, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Picolet that has been barrel-fermented and aged (with the exception of the Sauvignon component), this medium to full-bodied, delicious wine exhibits wonderful intensity. Although tight aromatically, it displays honeyed butter, pear, and lemony aromas and flavors in addition to a medium-bodied, opulent texture. It should drink well for several years.
