There are 2,400 cases of this wine made in conjunction with the Hebrard family from St.-Emilion (they were once part of the ownership consortium of Cheval Blanc). This is another super 2001 from Toro. A dense ruby/purple color is followed by gloriously ripe aromas of black cherries, truffles, licorice, and white chocolate.
