The most complex white wine is the 2007 Chardonnay Silhouette. It reveals brioche, roasted pear and apple notes intermixed with notions of hazelnuts and white peaches. This big, but elegant, pure Chardonnay possesses a fleshy texture, very good acidity, and a rich, full-bodied finish. Consume it over the next 4-5 years or longer.
