The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is a pleasing, easygoing wine full of bright aromas and flavors. Lemon, lime and white flowers add complexity on the crisp, inviting finish. The addition of Semillon and a drop of Viognier round out the blend. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2014. This lineup from Beringer is full of highlights. The top Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings are terrific, but I am just as drawn to the entry and mid-tier offerings for their superb value and wide availability in the market. Tel. (707) 963-7115
