The 2006 Legaris Reserva is sourced from Roa, La Horra and Olmedillo and is raised 50% in new French oak. That oak is seamlessly integrated into the youthful aromatic profile with macerated dark cherries, blueberry and a hint of black olive. The palate is medium-bodied with fine acidity slicing through the clean black fruit and there is a pleasing sense of tension and vivacity to the finely crafted finish. This is just very thoughtful winemaking - a pleasure to drink. Drink now-2016.
