The 2017 Pommard Village exhibits notes of spicy cherries, cassis and rich forest floor. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with ripe acids and youthfully chewy tannins that lend the wine a somewhat rustic edge. While time may be kind to it, there are finer cuvées in the Olivier Leflaive portfolio this year.

Vanilla, smoke, cherry, cranberry and spice aromas and flavors highlight this succulent red. Vibrant, with a firm backbone and lingering fruit and spice notes on the aftertaste. Best from 2021 through 2032. 100 cases imported.??–BS??Region: France / Burgundy / Pommard Select to Add
