Blended of fruit from three cooler climate Pinot Noir regions - Tasmania, Adelaide Hills and Yarra Valley - the 2009 Yarra Burn Pinot Noir has a medium ruby-purple color and aromas of black cherries, warm cranberries and red currents with a hint of baking spices. The medium bodied palate gives plenty of juicy fruit with crisp acidity, low to medium level silky tannins and a long berry laced finish. Drinking now, it should keep through 2014.
