The 2010 Pinot Gris offers a lovely perfume of honeysuckle, peach blossom, warm apple slices and spiced pears with hints of coriander seed and aniseed. Full bodied with a notable touch of residual sugar (10.5 grams per liter) it has a seductively silken texture, refreshing acidity and a long finish. Drinking now, it should remain fresh through 2013.
