The 2013 Chablis has a lively bouquet with orange zest and tangerine aromas – well-defined with very fine focus. The palate is lively with spicy citrus notes on the entry. There is good weight in the mouth with a harmonious, shaved ginger-tinged finish that displays great tension. Excellent! Drink now-2017.
It was a rather perverse showing of Louis Moreau’s Chablis wines, the lower ranking crus deserving of a light round of applause while the grand crus showed less well.
