The current Stevens Winery portfolio contains one white wine; the 2010 Divio Viognier was fermented and aged in a mix of neutral barrels and stainless steel. White peach, lychee, and orange blossom aromas inform the nose of a crisp, savory, concentrated, dry, nicely proportioned wine admirably reflecting the 2010 vintage’s vibrant natural acidity. Drink this tasty effort over the next 2-3 years. Located in Woodinville (along with 70-80 other wineries), Tim Stevens’ first vintage was 2001 with current production at 2500 cases. The vast majority of his fruit is sourced from Yakima Valley.Tel. (425) 424-9463; www.stevenswinery.com
