The 2006 Brut Reserva Especial is light straw-colored with a bouquet of fresh baked biscuit, apple, and white peach. On the palate it has good depth of flavor, a vibrant palate feel, and excellent balance. The finish is clean and lengthy. Drink all of these Cavas over the next 4-5 years.
