The 1994 Zinfandel is sure to be one of the bargain hunter's best buys in the increasingly expensive category of Zinfandel. The wine reveals medium body, lovely, ripe berry, peppery fruit, a soft, briery personality, and an easy-going finish. It is an uncomplicated, but delicious Zinfandel offering plenty of fruit and character. This is a noteworthy offering from a winery long associated with reasonably good, low-priced wines.
