The Ruggeri NV Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Brut (with 10,000 bottles released) takes a new approach on an old classic. Traditionally, Cartizze is made in a Dry style with noticeable residual sugar, but this wine takes a much drier Brut approach with no perception of sweetness. The wine shows white flower, grapefruit and softly crushed chalk.
