Medium ruby-purple colored, the 2009 Pinot Noir has pronounced black cherry and mint aromas with some chocolate, cinnamon stick and dry twigs. Medium bodied with a medium level of grainy tannins and high acid, it has a long and minty finish. Drink it now to 2015. Shadowfax does not have a USA importer, though exports to the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong.
