Pale ruby colored, the 2008 Pinot Noir has intense red cherry and raspberry aromas with some black pepper, cinnamon stick and chocolate. The palate gives a good concentration of berry and baking spice flavors, moderately high acid and a low to medium level of silky tannins, finishing long. Drink this one now to 2014. Tiki is a range of organically produced / “naturally” made wines developed by winemaker Steve Harrop. Maui is the brand’s “second” label.Distributor: Southern Wines and Spirits, Las Vegas, NV
