The 2022 Riesling Kabinett Jean Baptiste is almost entirely from the Pettenthal but was fermented in several bins according to the different plots. Pure and flinty on the finely intense nose, the wine is light, lush and savory on the palate, vibrantly fresh and saline, with fine mineral grip and a remarkably characterful finish. 10.5% stated alcohol.
