The 2009 Vacqueyras Vac is a tank-aged blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. The most commercially-styled offering, it is an elegant, mid-weight, fruit-forward wine with soft, silky, unobtrusive tannins. It will offer delicious drinking over the next 3-4 years. (Not yet released) With approximately 100 acres of vines in Vacqueyras, Arnoux et Fils is one of the largest of the family-owned, estate-bottled producers.
