The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is also aging very gracefully, but it's a touch riper and headier in profile, revealing a generous bouquet of ripe plums, crème de cassis and sweet tobacco. On the palate, it's rich, full-bodied and lavishly textural, with an ample core of fruit that's more sun-kissed than the more savory, Bordelais-styled 2009.
