Coriole’s 2008 Estate Shiraz has a very deep garnet-purple color and aromas of warm blackberry, cumin seed, cassia, nutmeg and fenugreek plus some tar and licorice. Medium-full bodied with a high level of chewy tannins, it offers a good concentration of spicy berry flavors, high acidity and a long finish. Drink it now through 2016.
