The 2006 Brut Nature Gran Reserva is a bit more deeply colored and more expressive aromatically. Aromas of mineral, brioche, apple, and pear lead to a concentrated, ripe, smooth textured, dry sparkling wine with excellent balance and length. Drink it over the next 3-4 years. The two Cava offerings from Bodegas Sumarroca are excellent values in sparkling wine.
