The estate’s 2003 Brunello di Montalcino reveals attractive aromatics and ripe dark fruit but today it comes across as imprisoned by its tannic structure. The wine seems to offer much potential and could merit a higher score in the future, but at present it reveals only modest generosity and complexity.Anticipated maturity: 2008-2015.
