The 2015 Rolling Stone is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% to 20% Malbec and the rest a mix of Merlot and Petit Verdot. It spent 18-22 months in 40% new French oak. Like all of the reds here, it features soaring aromas—in this case, violets, black tea, bay leaf, black olive and cassis. It's full-bodied and silky-creamy in texture, then turns velvety on the long, chocolate and vanilla-tinged finish.
