"Concentration" and "precision" are the key words here. The fruit for the 2019 Suckfizzle Cabernet Sauvignon is from a (very) southerly vineyard, which is a famously cool site. The wine then, from a cool year, shows a minty, herbal and graphite character that is so beguiling and good. In fact, the perfume is so interwoven into the fruit that it's hard to know where one ends and the other begins. A precise wine. A beauty.
