The pure Garnacha 2014 Vinya d'Irto Negre matured in 300-liter oak barrels for six months, so it was just bottled before I tasted it. It shows all its exuberant youth in the shape of macerated cherries and Mediterranean herbs, with well-integrated oak. The palate is fresh and juicy with bright cherry flavors and some spicy oak notes in the finish. A nice commercial Garnacha. 75,000 bottles.
