The 2002 Viognier/Marsanne/Roussanne (60%, 20%, and 20% respectively) reveals an exotic, tropical fruit-scented perfume with enticing minerality in the background, loads of floral fruit, crisp underlying acidity, and surprising intensity as well as definition. The Marsanne and Viognier were barrel-fermented in neutral wood, and the Roussanne spent time in tank. This 2002 should be consumed during its first 12-24 months of life.
