Byron's Chardonnays have taken on more flavor over recent vintages. Made in a medium to full-bodied style, the 1991 is a rich, full, mouthfilling wine with plenty of honeyed tropical fruits and a judicious use of toasty new oak. Tasty, plump, medium to full-bodied, with a lot of flavor and subtle oak, it should be drunk within its first 3-4 years of life.
