Here's a simple and carefree red wine engineered for easy drinking. You can enjoy the 2017 Valpolicella Classico without high expectations thanks to its naked aromas of cherry and dried raspberry. The wine ends with freshness and a compact approach. Winemaking is executed exclusively in stainless steel. The blend used here is 65% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 10% Molinara, and the alcohol content is a breezy 12.5%. Some 50,000 bottles were made.
