Give it time to breathe and lose the sulfurous scents of bottling. Pale copper in color, the wine shows some light, sweet cherry-scented Pinot character, both in the nose, and following through in the mouth. Big, round fruit flavors of cherry and berry are married to malted milk; a very nice kiss of cinnamon wraps up the finish.——P.G.(12/15/2003)—— 88
