The 2018 Beaune 1er Cru Les Teurons exhibits aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, licorice and spices, followed by a medium to full-bodied, velvety and layered palate that's deep and concentrated, amply endowed with ripe, fleshy fruit but nicely balanced, too. This is a sunny, warm site that's planted with old vines, and it has turned in a fine cuvée this year.
