The slightly reductive white 2015 òl(fā)bia is a blend of 50% Garnacha Blanca, 43% Viognier and 7% Pedro Ximenez from north-facing vines at 550 meters in Porrera. It fermented in a combination (usually 50/50) of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts where the wines matured separately for six months. It has notes of fennel and Mediterranean herbs over a core of white fruit. There is some creaminess and moderate acidity. 3,500 bottles were filled in March 2016.

Anise and herbal notes frame a core of quince, lychee and vanilla in this dense white. Firm acidity lends backbone to the thick texture. Focused, solid and energetic. Drink now through 2022. 240 cases made, 50 cases imported.??–TM??Region: Spain / Priorat Select to Add
