The red fruit-driven and unoaked Garnacha 2020 Albada was produced with grapes from old vines that matured in concrete for six months. It's floral and juicy, with good ripeness, 14.66% alcohol and a soft and tasty palate with round tannins and a long, dry finish. 46,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2021.

The red Garnacha 2018 Albada was produced with grapes from old vines that matured in contact with lees for seven months. It has an aromatic and approachable profile, with sweet fruit and polished tannins. It's easy to drink and representative of the grape and region. It's powerful but keeps its poise and balance. 57,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2019.

The 2015 Albada is from a selection of Garnacha from their 30 hectares of old vines on the drier, limestone-rich part of the village of Villaroya where yields are low and ripeness high. 2015 was a dry and ripe year with high-ish alcohol but still good acidity. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in concrete vats with fine lees for some seven months. It's quite open, aromatic and showy, with floral notes intermixed with aromas or red cherries, quite subtle and elegant. It's a textbook, juicy Garnacha with notes of Mediterranean herbs and a silky texture. Very tasty, honest and straightforward, representing what young Garnacha should be about. Very impressive for the price. 65,000 bottles produced.

The 2012 Albada is pure Garnacha from selected old-vine plots that fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in used wood for eight months. It has a bright ruby color and a nose of ripe plums, hints of hay, straw and a spicy touch that with time develops more balsamic aromas in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied, with fine-grained, textured tannins, clean and with good balance, relatively simple, easy and pleasant to drink. This represents very good value. 9,000 bottles produced.
