The skin contact version is the 2016 3 Miradas El Garrotal Skin Contact, which fermented with skins for ten days and followed the same élevage of eight months in concrete amphorae under a veil of yeasts, a biological aging that was the same for all seven wines in this almost-experimental range. This is clearly the showiest of all, with an impressive nose and notes that even transported me to the Jura, spicy and super tasty. 700 bottles were filled in July 2017. These are academical wines, as you can only buy them together.
