The 2009 Coto de Hayas Reserva is produced with Garnacha from old vineyards on slate and iron-rich soils that aged for 15 months in oak barrels. It has a classical profile, with more developed aromas, balsamic notes, spicy and with a mixture of red and black fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy, slightly dusty tannins leaving a little bit of a drying sensation. 120,000 bottles.
