The 2010 Tinto is made up of 75% Monastrell with the balance Garnacha and Syrah. It offers up intriguing aromas of underbrush, brier, blackberry and blueberry followed by a medium-bodied, ripe, spicy, well-balanced wine that is likely to round out with another 1-2 years of bottle age. However, the chances of this wine being cellared are remote given its price and pleasure-bent personality. Bodegas Oliveras has become one of the more familiar names in Jumilla.Importer: Mannie Berk, The Rare Wine Company, Sonoma, CA; Tel. (800) 999-4342, www.rarewineco.com
