The white 2021 Monte Real Tempranillo Blanco was produced with grapes from two growers that bet on this new variety, an Albino mutation (I'd have put it under the Albina label, but that's me . . .) of the red Tempranillo. It's young, fresh and fruit-driven with 12.57% alcohol and a light and fresh palate, lacking a bit in the middle. 6,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2022 after three months in used barrels.
