The purple-colored 2005 Torrederos Crianza spent 12 months in barrel. It emits aromas of cedar, mineral, violets, incense, and black cherry leading to a structured, medium to full-bodied wine with plenty of spicy black fruit, good balance, and a lengthy finish. It will be at its best from 2012 to 2020.
Torrederos was founded in 2000 by 4 grape-growing families who previously sold their fruit to other wineries. The estate consists of approximately 220 acres of vineyard.
