The 2004 Brut Cuvee Annamaria Clementi emerges from the glass with a rich tapestry of brioche, honey, peaches, apricots, flowers and French oak. Floral notes reappear on the soft, caressing finish. The 2001 Cuvee Annamaria Clementi bursts from the glass with warm scents of French oak, ripe fruit, flowers and minerals, showing terrific clarity and precision. The 2001 is an especially elegant. deceptively mid-weight Anna Maria Clementi. For now, the wine remains vibrant and in need of bottle age for the French oak to integrate. Striking aromatics waft out of the empty glass. This is a great effort from Ca’ del Bosco. The Cuvee Annamaria Clementi is 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Blanc and 20% Pinot Noir.
