The 2010 Finisimo Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in French oak for 12 months. It has a well-defined cedar-infused bouquet with blackberry and a touch of soy. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, supple tannins and a cocoa-tinged finish that glides across the mouth. Drink now-2016. Javier Solari is the winemaker at the helm of Vina Canepa since 2008 after stints at Anakena and La Fortuna wineries.
