From a single vigneron farming two parcels, the 2019 Cornas Vin Bio aged exclusively in older oak. Scents of crushed stone, red plums and licorice appear on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is concentrated and tannic, but ripe, with a softly dusty finish. Despite the tannins, I'd drink this on the young side, as I adore its upfront fruit.
