Orangy colour. Understated fruity nose (strawberry, cherry). Full, harmonious mouthfeel highlighting the slightly syrupy aromas detected on the nose. Fresh, well-balanced wine. A quaffing rosé suitable as an aperitif or with dessert.

Bubbles thin and bright. An expressive wine, rather complex, with exquisite fruity notes (gooseberry, cherry). Tasting October 2015.

Half and half Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this light-colored rosé is crisp and on the dry side of brut. It offers refreshing raspberry and red-currant fruit along with intense acidity. With this bright, tight character the bottling could stand to age a few months, so drink from 2017.
