The 2020 Symphonie de Haut-Peyraguey has a pale lemon-gold color and fragrant notes of apple blossoms, white peaches and lime cordial, plus hints of allspice, straw and marzipan. The elegantly played palate has beautiful freshness and lovely fruit purity, finishing with a peppery kick.

The 2017 Symphonie de Haut-Peyraguey gives up scents of limes, mangoes, pineapples and allspice. The palate is fresh and clean with nice balance and a spicy finish.

The 2015 Symphonie de Haut-Peyraguey is a blend of 95% Semillon and 5% Sauvignon Blanc. It has a clean and precise, lightly honeyed, apricot blossom-scented bouquet. The palate is simple but balanced with honeycomb and peach skin, the acidity nicely judged, if just missing a little tension on the easy-going finish.
