The 2011 Soave Classico Alzari is made from late harvest fruit, 60% of which is pressed fresh and 40% is pressed after 40 days of appassimento. The results are gorgeous, with bountiful aromas of exotic fruit, apricot and honey. The silky finish ends with a pretty touch of crushed mineral. Drink 2013-2018.
