The 2017 Givry 1er Cru La Grande Berge is also a success, wafting from the glass with notes of pear, Meyer lemon and white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, with tangy acids and a pretty core of fruit.

The 2016 Givry 1er Cru La Grande Berge exhibits aromas of verbena, fresh pear and pastry cream. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, with more depth and amplitude than the Domaine's Montagny, with a delicately textural attack, crisp acids and a stony finish.

The 2015 Givry 1er Cru La Grande Berge is a pretty white Burgundy, offering up a delicate nose of peach, apple and flowers that avoids any excess despite the warmth of the vintage. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, pure and precise, with nice depth and tension and good lift on the finish.
