Bodegas Arzabro’s 2008 Ametza Txakoli offers up a delightful nose of sea salt, lemon, spring flowers, and other citrus scents. On the palate it receives a lift from the captured carbon dioxide as well as from nicely concentrated fruit. It should drink well over the next 12-18 months.
