Showing a light and luminous appearance, the 2016 Colline Novaresi Bianco Rugiada is streamlined and light with one-dimensional fruit flavors of white peach and lemon zest. The wine is crisp and easy with snappy freshness that keeps the palate refreshed. Subtle mineral notes add drying touches to the finish. The grape used here is Erbaluce, which is one of the up-and-coming varieties of Alto Piemonte. Only 3,400 bottles were made.
