Interesting flavors in this dry Rhone-style blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah. They range from cherries, red currants and raspberries to teriaki beef, bacon, cola and buttered cinnamon toast, with all sorts of exotic Asian spices. It’s quite a tannic wine, and very dry.
